Our Philosophy
At Baker's Corner Bakery, we feel that when it comes to our baked offerings, less it truly more. Our breads are made using grain, salt and water.....ingredients you don't struggle to pronounce.....and we put love into every loaf of bread we create. We choose to purchase grains from local farms who believe the same things that we do....that it does not take a laundry list of chemicals to make a quality product. It takes a love and passion for what you are producing and the people who are enjoying it. From our farms and tables to yours, enjoy!

Our Story
From a very young age, I was "helping" in the kitchen....learning when to follow a recipe.....learning when to be rebellious and use the recipe as a sort of "guideline". In the kitchen with my parents and grandparents I learned many things....there is no such thing as failure, there can always be a plan B, and if plan B fails....there is always Pizza! Everyone holds a different style in the kitchen....what's yours?

After spending nearly 20 years as a manager in hospitality and customer service Daryl decided to branch out and open his own company doing something he was truly passionate about....baking!

Daryl is very passionate about baking, but even more passionate about his family. His wife Brie, and his two children Riley and Parker are his foundation upon which all things are possible!
